All approved responses can be collected online using the security code. Email is a contact preference; automated email and postal delivery are not promised.

Search before requesting

Directory links open existing pages. Exports contain minimal public fields; dates come from the original resources and are left blank when unspecified.

20 working day target

The demonstration clock starts the day after receipt. UTC Monday–Friday dates count; weekends are skipped and holidays are not inferred. This is a processing target, not a guarantee of automatic completion.

Supplements and outcomes

The clock pauses while clarification is required. After resubmission, the 20 working day period restarts the next day. The reviewer approves a readable response or explains why information cannot be provided.

Public and private information

The directory does not read the application database. Personal contact details, identity, bank, tax, medical records and private attachments are excluded from public queries and CSV exports. Demonstration rules: SVD-FOI-DEMO-2026-10-03。
