The Council of State released the Green Development Plan 2026–2036, targeting a 55% reduction in net greenhouse emissions from 2025 by 2036.
Six priority areas will be supported by a Green Development Fund and financial measures.
The Environment and Energy Ministry will set annual actions and monitoring to make targets achievable and measurable.
