Electronic Passport Applications

Available to Soldavian citizens with an issued electronic ID. Details and photos are inherited from that ID; separate uploads are not accepted.

CITIZEN ID VERIFICATION

Step 2: Passport Details

Required: a valid electronic ID, travel purpose and plan, and a local emergency contact. Renewal or replacement also requires your previous passport number and tracking code. Renewal opens one year before expiry.

ID Required First

Only electronic IDs with Approved and issued status qualify for a passport.

Details Inherited Automatically

Name, birth details, email and photo are read from the ID and locked.

Review & Issuance

Approved passports are valid for five years for applicants under 16, and ten years for other applicants.

Email Attachment

On approval, a passport notice and PNG attachment may be sent to the ID's email.
