From preparation to registration

Sole traders suit a small shop, studio or service run by one person. Limited companies need a representative, registered capital and shareholder percentages.

Complete applications enter manual review.
Use the original reference and security code to provide requested corrections.
Approval issues a permanent registration number and demonstration certificate.

Names are normalised for character width, case, spaces and punctuation when checking duplicates. Names already registered or used by an application that has not been rejected cannot be submitted again. This is not a real trademark search.

Drafts stay in this browser and do not sync across devices. Save cautiously on shared devices and clear drafts before leaving. Files, security codes and lookup results are excluded.

Application status, corrections and certificate

Use the reference and ten-character security code from your receipt. This code provides private access and must not be shared with unrelated people.

PUBLIC BUSINESS REGISTER

Public business register

Query by permanent business registration number without a security code. This register provides minimal public information, without name searches or bulk listings.

Contacts, full business or residential addresses, identity numbers, shareholders, application security codes and private documents are not disclosed here.

Name and legal form

Names must contain 3 to 80 characters including letters and cannot impersonate government bodies. Sole traders have no company suffix; limited companies use the Chinese limited-company suffix, Limited or Ltd.

Company capital and shareholders

Limited company capital must be 100 to 10,000,000,000 SVD, with 1 to 20 shareholders whose ownership totals 100%. Capital and percentages allow at most two decimal places. Sole traders do not provide these details.

Manual review and corrections

Enter the location, sector, scope and contact details. Corrections retain the original applicant. Reviewers accept, request information, approve or reject applications in the review queue.

Registration and disclosure limits

Approval creates a permanent registration number and demonstration certificate. Only core registration information is public; a security code is required for private applications and documents. This service charges no fees and issues no specialist permits.
